This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred as ‘POLICY’) states and describes about the personal information of the User/s / Visitor/s (hereinafter referred as You / Your) which the PHISHBOWL SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. (hereinafter referred as PHISHBOWL/COMPANY/ WEBSITE/Mobile Application/WE/US/OUR) will collect, use, share, disclose, publish and process.

1. We maintain electronic, physical, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of personal information (including SPDI). Our security procedures may warrant that We may occasionally request proof of identity before We disclose personal information to You.

   3. We collect, store, disclose, process and share the information to maintain and build a community-based scam prevention directory wherein User/s can cross check whether the details/information possessed by them belongs to a known scammer.
   4. The information provided by a User of PHISHBOWL will be helpful for other User/s of PHISHBOWL to avoid indulging in any financial transactions with fraudsters/scammers and it will help to create a community data base to check and take necessary precautions while dealing with or doing any financial transaction with unknown person/s.
   5. To Improve Services

      We may use your Personal Data for internal business purposes, including without limitation, to help us improve the content and functionality of the Website, System and our Services to better understand our Customers and End-Users, to the Website, Mobile Application, System and our Services, to protect against, identify or address wrongdoing or fraud, to enforce our Terms and this Policy, to manage your account and registration and provide you with customer service, and to generally manage the Website, Mobile Application, System, our Services and our business.

   6. Marketing Purpose
